Alysha is a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist with a deep-rooted passion for early childhood education and communication. She completed her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at the University of Alberta and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology at University College London (UCL) in the UK.
Alysha’s approach is grounded in the belief that children thrive when there is a strong connection between school, home, and the child themselves. She values working closely with families, understanding that true growth comes from a collaborative and supportive environment. For Alysha, confidence is at the heart of success—and creating nurturing spaces where children feel safe, heard, and empowered is what drives her work.
Her passion for learning and discovery extends beyond the classroom. Alysha has travelled extensively and spent time in many countries, giving her a broad and inclusive perspective that informs her educational philosophy. She believes educators should continually evolve and grow, while holding fast to the core values of respect, curiosity, and connection.
