Art is one of our greatest strengths. Every child explores their artistic side through painting, sculpting, and creating with natural materials. We know creativity ignites something special in young minds.
French is a strong element in our curriculum. Young minds are highly absorbent during their developmental stages, so we provide a foundation where children are introduced to French through engaging songs, games, visuals, and music. French is truly one of the favourite subjects for our young students.
Les Petits Artistes began as a shared vision between Patricia and Alysha - two educators passionate about creating meaningful, nurturing spaces where young children can grow through creativity, language, and independence. Our first school, LPA Vancouver, quickly blossomed into a vibrant community of children, parents, and teachers who embraced our Montessori-inspired, art-rich, and French-infused curriculum.
The response from families was overwhelming. Children were not only learning and thriving, but also forming deep friendships, developing independence, and becoming joyful, curious members of their little community. Parents felt supported, seen, and deeply connected to the learning journey of their children.
We saw firsthand how important that sense of belonging is, especially in today’s world. With this in mind, we felt called to bring Les Petits Artistes to Edmonton, where we could share the same thoughtful, creative, and community-driven approach with more families. Our story is still unfolding, and we’re so excited to grow this new chapter with you.
